Download all setup files for OUTLOOK 98

I am trying to upgrade to Outlook 98. I downloaded the setup file (about 512k)and after running the ‘setup’ file to download the rest of the upgrade, it wont connect saying that “it cannot migrate the current proxy settings” I’m using cable but don’t use any proxy setting. I also tried this on a dial-up isp and same proble. Anyway, does anyone know where I can download the full setup for Outlook 98 with all the setup files needed?
