Downloading Spybot and/or HijackThis

Yesterday I posted question re IE Home Page being sabotaged by Trojan Horse virus. Received 3 replies, all saying to download Spybot Search & Destroy and Hijack This. Am I thick? I can’t seem to find these free downloads on Tech Republic site. Help please!
