Dr. Watson

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can find some good material on how to resolve Dr. Watson errors?

I’m having a minor printing problem… Everytime our users click on the actual print icon in a program I receive the Dr Watson error. I’ve triedre-installing the program, service pack 6a, novell client 4.8, we just switched to NDPS… I also tried reverting back to the queue printing process in Novell just to make sure, no luck.

I understand what I see in Dr Watson’s log but I’m unsure of how to put it all together. Can anyone give me any ideas?
