Dr. Watson Error messages

I have a server running windows NT 4.0, this morning I noticed Dr. Watson errors referring to PMREPORT.EXE and PMSTATUS.EXE. Can anyone tell me where these errors might be coming from and how I might be able to fix what is possibly happening?
