Dr Watson for Windows NT errors

We have several users (all in the same department, but on the same server as the other company users) receiving Dr Watson for Windows NT application error messagess while working in Microsoft Word. The access violation code is 0x0000005 with severaldifferent addresses. We have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 97, added NT and Office service packs, created new user profiles, and still the errors continue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
