Dr Watson for Windows NT ?

When I try to open outlook get error ” An Application error has occurredand an application error log is being generated . OUTLOOK.exe

Exception access violation [ 0xc00000005], address 0x3000b200.
Do get a similar message when trying to removeprogrames from control panel, uninstall does nothing from any of the programes or applications that have unistall..

please help.
