Drive B Support in Windows 2000 Pro

In windows 98, I could have my zip drive be access through the floppy “B” drive if the bios of the workstation supported that. How can I let my win 2k pro workstations access drive b for the zip drive. Secondly, how do I change the drive letter ofa cdrom in win 2k pro?
