drive denying

hello guys,
once my boot sector was infected and warning message shown from AVG antivirus bootup scaner asking to remove it by the rescue disk or continue at ur own risk. i continued and remove the viruses by scanning it and the deleted it. my C drive contains win98 and D contains win XP. but after that i was not able to function XP but no [problem on 98 so i reinstalled XP. but after fresh installation of Xp i am not able to open E and F drive by double clicking it by mouse or pressing enter key after selecting it. My Hdd contains 4 partitions- C, D, E and F. but i can open C and D. when i tried open E and F i am getting an error message stating that ” cannot find copy.exe “.

can anybody help me in this matter.
