Drive Letter disapears for CDROM

Re-Applied service patch 6a

Each time I re-boot the drive letter is droped for the CDROM. I have to launch Disk Admin and assign it each reboot.

Is there a way to do this in command prompt and or does anyone have the solution for this one..
