Drive Mappings Being Dropped

Anyone ever see a situation where 98 drive mappings are dropped during the day? I’ve seen multiple instances (even on NT4) where I can go to a machine, type in net use at a command prompt, and get “Disconnected” in front of several of the drives. A re-map seems to fix it, however it’s kind of an annoyance. Any thoughts on why this happens? Or if anything can be done to fix it? We are not running any login scripts.
