Driver not loading on NT

I have a Win NT system and I get an error every time I restart or power up the PC. The error is logged in the event viewer and says.

The following boot-start or system-start driver failed to load: mga_mil

What is this driver for? I can’t figure it out. If I don’t fix it will it cause any major problems? Or How do I fix it. I looked on the hard drive and the driver is there. Any advice is appreciated!
