DSL Modem/Win2k Server

This is my first time connecting a DSL modem to a win2k server. I have connected win2k server to the modem with the ISP?s login(PPPoE) software but i am not able to view any internet pages either by IP or name. also, i am able to connect and add other computers to the server through DHCP but still do not have internet access oh any machine. what am i doing wrong? should i be setting ics? what should my DNS be? how about static routing? help is greatly appreciated!
