Dtermine USB version

How can I determine, or is there a utility to determine, what version USB ports I have on my cloned pc? Other than knowing it’s a Tyan motherboard with AMD processor, XP Pro SP1, what info would I need? I attached a 2.0 hub, but when I plugged in a Linksys 2.0 Ehternet card, I was notified it was a 1.1 connection.
