DTT2500 Decoder/Amplifier

I’m no audio expert so I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have a Creative\Cambridge Soundworks DTT2500 speaker system but have lost the powered decoder/amplifier. I checked with Creative and they will not sell the part separately. They will RMA it if I send in the original (*snicker*…THANKS GUYS…now that’s customer service).

Soooo….besides checking ebay daily for a year, any ideas about how I can replace this part? I don’t want to buy another complete system and chuck 5 speakers and a subwoofer in the trash…I don’t mind buying a new decoder/amp that will work with it. Any suggestions?
