Dual Boot

Hello Guys,
I’ve recently bought P4 and I have windows ME on the c: drive and windows XP on the d drive. Both are having FAT 32 file system . Since windows ME does not provide the security. I need to load windows 2000 on c: colon and want to keep Windows XP on d: and colon. and I want both the operating systems to maintain NTFS file system to achieve higher greater safety. I want the files to be seen//accessed from both the operating systems. Is anyone listening?
