Dual boot menu for IDE Drive/SCSI Drive

I have an IDE drive with Windows 2000 Server installed. This is my boot drive. I installed a SCSI card and Drive with Windows 2000 Professional. I am trying to find out how to create a dual boot menu at startup. Currently the only way I can boot into one or the other drive is to make the change in the BIOS. On bootup I would like to be able to select either Windows 2000 Server(IDE) or Windows 2000 Pro (SCSI).
