Dual boot NT Server Question.

I am setting up NT Server in a dual boot format, one partition NT Server with Back Office Suite and the other partition Terminal Server. NT Server boot fine (This is the first partition I set up), but when I try to boot to the second partition Terminal Server I get the following error: Windows NT could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem. Could not read from selected boot disk, Check boot path and disk hardware? I am using a Compaq 2DH SCSI controller. Can anyonetell me what I am missing?
