Dual Boot PC

I have a dual boot PC – Windows 95 & Win NT 4.0.

When I go to add a Local Printer on the Win NT boot, the choice for My Computer is dimmed. However, I can add a local printer on the Win 95 boot.

How can I add a local printer to Win NT in a dual boot environment??
