dual boot Win 98 and Win 2000 Server

I am setup to dual boot Win 98 2d edition
with SP2 and Win 2000 Advanced Server. I cant get Win 2000 to recognize my modem, and cant get on the internet with Win 2000. Where do I get the fix to allow Win 2000 to recognize my modem? I cant find it on Microsofts download site. A web address for a free download would be a very good answer.
