Dual boot with Win2000 Pro

I have two hardisks of capacity 6gb and 20gb. I have currently upgraded from windows 95 to Win 2000 Pro.
The 6gb harddisk has two partitions C & D drives and 20GB disk as E drive.
My file systems is FAT32.
There some files in all partitions.I would like to install Windows 98 in my system now and make it dual boot.
Now I would like to whether it is possible to install Windows 98.
If possible what are steps to install and precautions to be taken while installing.
