Dual Booting

I am dual booting Windows 2000 and Windows 98 SE. Win 2000 was the defualt OS but I had to reload Win 98 and now it is the defualt OS. Is there a way to make Win 2000 the defualt OS again without reloading the Win 2000 OS?
