Dual Booting – Win 98 SE Safe Mode

I am dual booting Win 2000 and Win 98SE. I have recently added a LCD monitor and I need to boot into Win 98 via Safe Mode to change my video settings. I’ve tried several times to get to the Win 98 Safe Mode by pressing F5. I was wondering if there is any other way to get to Safe Mode in the Win98 O/S?
