Dual Booting Windows Media Edition (XP Pro) and Vista Home Premium

Greetings:

On a high-end Fujitsu notebook which incorporates two SATA notebook drives…the unit was shipped with Media Edition on the C drive, the D partition on the same drive contains the restore image for the O/S. The second hard drive F, is 100 Gig and virtually empty of data. I received the Visa Upgrade CD through the OEM upgrade program…Would it be possible to install Vista on the F drive?
