Dual Booting with Win98 & Win2K

I have an 8 gig hard drive and would like to create a dual boot with Win29 & win 2k as follow

Create a 2 gig partition with Windows 98
Create a 6 gig partition with win2k

Is that possible? Will I be able to access the extended partiton with my Win2k?
