Dual-bootup perfomance

I have a 64MB SDRAM in a computer running on the processor speed of 400Mhz.I would like to know
whether if I configured my computer to dual boot-up between Windows 98 and Windows 2000Pro,
will it totally effect or slow down my whole system when I load and run on one of the operating
system.
Please advise.
