Dual graphics cards in Win2k Pro

I’ve got an ATI Rage Pro LT in my AGP slot, going into an Axion CL1999 monitor and it’s working happily. I’ve tried to install a SiS 6326 card into a PCI slot but I’m having no luck at all. The problem is that it’s displaying nothing at all on the second monitor (through the SiS card) even when set to 640×480.

With the built-in Win2K drivers, the drivers that came on the CD and the latest drivers from SiS, Win2k locks up just as it gets to the logon screen.

As always, any help would be appreciated.
