Dual install WIN95/98

I have installed Win95 on a pc. No problems. I am trying to install WIN98 on the same machine (dual boot), but when I run the Win98 setup program. I get a message telling me that it has detected a installed operating system and I have to buy the upgrade version of Win98. Is there a way to get around it?
