Dual Lan Card with WinNT 4.0 Workstation

I got into a problem when I installed 2 Lan Card into a Dell PC. I couldn’t logon to the domain with 2 Network Cards activated. In Order to succesfully logon, I have to disable one Network Card or Disable one of the NIC’s Netbeui & WINS. do Any one know wht’s the problem is and how to resolve.
