dual network access problem

on windows 2000 i am connected to net with cablenet with one lan-card other lan-card is used to connect to my broker data service fot trading terminal but when i logon by windows 2000 network logon to broker data for my trading terminal i loose my connetion to the net
any solution to keep both of them working together?
