Dual sided/duplex/booklet printing

With Win 95/Win97 one could select 2-sided printing by clicking the properties button of the print dialog window. With Win98 and Word 2000 that option seems to have gone away.
Does anyone know how to select two sided print from this configuration?

Note: I have tried perusing both Windows configuration items and the default printer configuration items to no avail.
