Dualbooting

I have installed Windows 2000 Server on partition C:(2GB/NTFS) and reserved
D:(2GB/NTFS) for Win2000.
Can I then install NT server 4.0 on
E:(2GB/FAT) and uppgrade with servicepack 6.0 or do NT have to be innstalled first?
