DUN: pops up intermittently

I have a client that has the DUN connection window popup intermittently. I seems to be happening when she is printing (mainly Word Perfect, but not limited to). Has anyone else had this problem and if so let me know if you were able to solve it. My client is getting irritated with this. Thanks.
