Duplicate profiles for Win2K server

We just opened a new facility in Long Beach and the workstations (win2k) are not assigned to a specific user. I need to know how to copy an existing or create a new profile that every user will load no matter what computer they sit at. I basicallyneed them to get the same programs and printers. Any help would be appreciated. Please be specific on exactly where to place the profile on the Server and what to put into the users profile.
