DVD Drive

My disc drive was working last week but then this week it has not been working. I put an audio disc in there or a really small megabite game and it works but if i try to play a big game like World of Warcraft or the sims it just keeps loading the disc and nothing happens and i tryed going into computer and opening it from there but that does not work either but then i took my computer to geek squad to see what the problem was and they loaded a disc like nothing said nothing was wrong so i took it home again and it would not load a disc again any ideas what to do?
