DVD drive doesn’t read store purchased movies

About three weeks ago my DVD drive stop reading only store purchased dvds. There is no problem reading dvd-r/+r, dvd-/+ dl, cdcs, games, and softwares dvd. I called HP support and did everything what I was told but problem is still there. Please any ideas.
