DVD drive “stuck”

I have Vista and a Pioneer A09 DVD Burner and it is currently stuck with the last CD I inserted (Office 10) so whether there is a disc in the drive or none at all or the drive is open, all it says in explorer is D: Office 10, thats it. also says permission denied. any ideas?
