HI
Can anyone can help me to fix my DVD/RW-ROM….on my Loptop..Toshiba Satellite 2400. I’m Using XP Home Edition.
After i install “EASY CD CREATOR 5 Platinum” then i lost my Rom..!
And I can’t find my ROM Driver on my computer then i go to Device Manager i see my Rom, but is not working probably I try Uninstall the Rom then restart Windows. but i got same problem
I try to install External CDRW …it got same problem with my DVD/RW-Rom not working probably.
In Device Manger >My DVD/RW-Rom >Device status:

information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.””
isn’t it have to modify the code in Registry ..
Can anyone help me to fix this problem
