DVDs – No Sound

by dj.eardley . Updated 18 years, 9 months ago

When using Windows Media Player 11 (Version 11.0.5721.5230) to playback pre-
recorded DVDs (originals or copies) on some the sound is barely audible, some
there is no sound and some work perfectly. (All the discs are fine on a proper
DVD set-top box player). I have gone through all the sound settings under
control panel and the N-Vidia control panel. Everything is set as it should be
(as far as I can tell!). Anybody got any ideas??
