dwwin.exe , application error

I got dwwin.exe. application error……. it also shows the instruction at :0x0013ff9c” referenced memory at “0x00000003”. the memory couldnot be “written” . click on terminate the program …………. when iam trying to open some softwares , text doccuments etc. also i can not open my add or remove icon .also i can’t install any software . so please give me the solution immediately………………please………
