I’m facing a problem with ICQ2000b 4.63 build 3281 when everytime I tried run the ICQ.exe
program , it comes out displaying illegal function and i have remove and reinstalled my ICQ but
but seems like it is still the same problem.This problem only start happening to me a few weeks
ago.My PC s running on Windows 98 and i’ve even disable all my Anti-Virus program.
My ICQ setup file is download from internet.
