Dxsetup.exe

A friend has somehow removed the file Dxsetup.exe and now he cannot enable DirectX 3D accellerator. As a result his DVD will not work nor can he play some games.

He is running Windows 98 (2nd ed)I have tried re-installing Windows and other graphics software and updated DirectX to 8 but to no avail.The registry contains some entries related to dxsetup.

Anyone have any ideas on how to recover this file.
