Currently we have a SQL Server database and would like to send an email using selected groups in the database.
We use Microsoft exchange as the mail server and Outlook 200 as the mail clients.
The question I present is the following:
Is it possible to have a dynamic distribution list using SQL and exchange. In other words our organization would like to perform a sql query of the database, create a distribution list and then send emails to this list. A weekly newsletter would be attached. The list of course would change week to week depending on if those receiving the email wished to continue to participate or not. Also additions could be made during the week.
Would appreciate any help in understanding how to accomplish this.
