Dynamic Update Classless Rev Lookup zone

Is there anyway in Windows 2000 Server DNS to
allow Dynamic Updates for a Classless Rev Lookup zone. According to the knowledge base article
Q253575 this is not possible. Has anyone found a
way around this? It is time consuming to have to
enter all the PTRs by hand.
