e-mail can’t open

friends .. can yoyr help me?
my problem, i can,t open my e-mail (microsoft Outlooks 2000 ) and after click icon microsoft outlooks. this msg open at “Undle to open your default e-mail folders. You do not have permision to log on.” and than this msg folowing
“Would you like to open yuor default. File system folder instead ”
please help me..
