eDirectory & NT4//Win2k

Hi all,
We have a mix of Netware 5, NT4 and Win2k servers with 2 nt domains and 1 Active Directory domain. We are thinking of using account management or edirectory feature in NDS to manage NT/Win2k users. How straight forward is this process? For anyone who is or has done this, what material did you use to prepare for this change?
