Edit a path name with logon script.

I need to set a path on a networked program and would like to do iut via the batch file. The program in question needs to see the server (farscape virtual cd) and we have had a recent server upgrade so all the path names are different. could someonehelp me out with proper syntax? I can’t seem to make it work….
