efax

I am having problem with efax, In the past I was able to fax efax document using faxprinter modem on the server, Since I upgraded to windows 2000 professional it does not work. I was told I need to upgrade to NT print driver for 2000. I am not having much luck geting info from efax as they do not really allow you to ask free question all their quetions are structured and get structured answers only.
