Eliminating startup programs from W2K

In Windows 98 there was a handy utility called msconfig that let you disable startup programs and apps. I can’t find a good way to do this in 2000 pro.You can go to the startup folder and delete it out, but everything doesn’t always appear there..any suggestions?
