Emachine W2087 not booting

My friend has a Emachine Desktop model w2087 with a Ahlon XP Cpu and windows XP. The computer stopped working; power supply failed, no post beeps, no video display, and keyboard does not light up. The 250 watt power supply was replaced and the computer powers on as soon as it is plugged in with the power cord. The motherboard has build integrated video and I suspect the m/b is bad and likely the cpu is dead. The cpu fan works. The Keyboard, Mouse, Hard Drive and monitor all work on other computers. Does anyone hae any suggestions why this computer will not bootup and display?
