emachines keyboard configuration

My emachines has a keyboard with 14 green buttons on the top, which allows a direct access to some web pages. How can I configure these buttons with my preferred web sites ? The emachines support tells me, that is possible, but they are not allowed to tell me how ! I only find out, that the program name is “kconfig.exe”, but I can’t find this program on the computer or on the install disk (that must be hidden ?). I use Windows 98.
